Co-Creating the Mediterranean Diet in Morocco’s Schools
The Moroccan Living Lab is based in the Souss-Massa region and led by the Agronomic and Veterinary Institute Hassan II (IAV-CHA), which also designs the project’s evaluation framework combining behavioural and environmental indicators. Its research infrastructure and strong links to local schools and agricultural actors support the co-design and implementation of school-based interventions.
